Refund policy

We have a 10-days exchange policy after you receive your package, the customer pays all exhanges shipping cost.

Swimwear is an intimate apparel, only swimsuits with original tags and hygienic liners still in place will be accepted for exchanges or store credit, all pieces should be in the same condition as you received it , in its original package and with receipt of purchase. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. Any lost or damaged packages should be filed as a claim to UPS.


Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

All sale items are final and cannot be returned.

If your return package contains at least ONE item with bodily fluids, odors, perfume, stains, makeup, etc, our inspection team is required to cease inspection of the package immediately and deny the entire return, with no exceptions.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 10 business days.

We fulfill orders within 1-2 business days of them being placed. We will work as fast as possible to get your order out right away. If you place an order over the weekend, please expect a longer shipping time as we are not open on Weekends.

When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it's ready to leave our Distribution Center you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment. 

 

RETURN TO SENDER:

If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address or forwarding issue, we will contact you and issue you a store credit gift card amounting to your order. 

 

MY PACKAGE IS MISSING WHAT DO I DO?

Byale Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. Please wait 3 days - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to UPS or USPS.
